Change Password: From the login screen

If you are logged into your account, you can find the steps to update your Password HERE

If you are NOT logged into your account, you can request a password reset from the login screen. 

To request a Password reset from the login screen

1. Click on 'FORGOT PASSWORD?' just below the LOGIN button

2. Enter your login email address & Click 'RESET PASSWORD'

** Please note: This will send an email to your CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS which may or may not be the same email address you use to access your account.

3. Follow the link in the email to update.  If you do not see the email, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
